Ex-flames Shahid-Kareena Give Each Other The Royal Ignore

It is difficult for exes to be friends. Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor are a case in point.
So the story goes, Kareena was shooting for a song-n-dance number yesterday for R Balki's Ki And Ka in Mehboob Studios in Bandra, Mumbai (Item number keeps Kareena and Arjun busy, October 12).
As luck would have it, Shahid was next door, promoting his forthcoming film Shaandaar along with co-star Alia Bhatt.
Now if you're indeed cordial with each other (as the two claim to be), you wouldn't bat an eyelid before going over and exchanging pleasantries with one another. Did either of the actors take the initiative? The answer is a big NO.
A source present at the studio told SpotboyE, "Both Shahid and Kareena were aware that the other is shooting in the premises. They both stuck to their respective studios and made sure that they didn't come face-to-face."
This reminds us of Udta Punjab shoot where the two actors, in no uncertain terms, told director Abhishek Chaubey to ensure that they don't bump into each other (Shahid-Kareena's strange setting, August 12). Poor Chaubey made it a point that their shooting schedules don't match.
